Recap

Cain's homeroom teacher introduces Gratt, a palace mage, to teach summoning magic. Gratt explains two types of summoning: forming a contract with a bonded monster or summoning one through a magic circle. When it is Cain's turn to summon, Gratt encourages him to use all his magic. Cain reluctantly does so, accidentally summoning Seth, a Prince of Darkness. Initially offended, Seth quickly apologizes upon seeing Cain’s stats, offering his allegiance and the power of the demon clan. Cain later informs the king of the contract with Seth and shows his immeasurable stats, leading them to see Cain’s new title of demigod. Stunned, the king announces plans to elevate Cain to a viscount with a town to govern, emphasizing responsibility.

Meanwhile, signs of an impending monster onslaught arise in the Forest of Monsters. Cain discusses the situation with Djinn and learns of increasing monster aggression. Despite concerns from guild members Millie and Nina, Cain ventures into the forest alone, accompanied by his holy beast Haku and dragon Gin. Unable to pinpoint the source of the disturbance, Cain summons Seth, who detects a powerful presence and deploys Dalmatia, a demon subordinate that specializes in investigation. Near Aaron’s location, Dalmatia’s presence triggers Aaron to unleash the onslaught, ordering monsters to attack the humans. Seth informs Cain of the imminent threat, prompting Cain to organize defenses. He sends Claude and Lina to gather adventurers, instructs Tifana to lead the knights, and prepares to confront the threat directly with Seth.
