Episode Summaries

Episode 1

Kazuya Shiina reincarnates as Cain von Silford. During his baptism, he meets seven gods—Zenom, Rime, Reno, Sarnos, Grim, Panam, and Bela—who grant him their protection and magical abilities, all at level 10, which is beyond the usual level 1-5. Cain hides his levels but shows the number of protections and magic to his family, leading his father to order his family to stay silent about his powers to avoid political turmoil. During his debut party, Cain declares his goal to become an adventurer. The after-credits scene shows a discussion between Rime and Zenom, where Zenom stresses that Cain must become the strongest on the continent by age sixteen, as his strength will one day be vital.

Episode 2

Garm arranges for D-rank adventurers Millie and Nina to tutor five-year-old Cain for three years. Throughout his training, Cain astounds the two adventurers with his swordsmanship and magical abilities, demonstrating magic far surpassing the intermediate level they originally planned on teaching him. Near the end of their contract, Cain creates farewell gifts for Millie and Nina, crafting Magic Bags of unparalleled quality by defeating and using parts of a Blood Ogre and Earth Dragon, monsters that even most A-rank adventurers struggle to defeat.

Episode 3

After earning the aliases “Enemy of All Monsters” and “Dragon Killer,” ten-year-old Cain travels to the royal capital for his noble debut. Along the way, he rescues Princess Telestia and Duke Santana’s daughter, Silk, from a monster attack, showcasing his extraordinary magic and swordsmanship. Grateful and smitten with Cain, the girls invite him to travel with them and insist on sharing a room in Renoma, leaving Cain sleepless for days. At the capital, the king rewards Cain with the title of baron, a mansion, and ten platinum coins, despite objections from other nobles. The king then proposes Cain’s engagement to Telestia and Silk, citing their shared journey and potential scandal. Though reluctant, Cain agrees under pressure from the king and Duke Santana, as the kingdom seeks to secure his loyalty.

Episode 4

Cain consults with the gods about his immense power and agrees to introduce entertainment to their world. He creates the game Reversi, securing exclusive production rights with Tamanis. At the debut ceremony, Cain impresses the royal family, gifts them a Reversi set, and cleverly handles a confrontation with Corgino’s son. Silk and Telestia both secure promises for dates with Cain, prompting a protective reaction from the king.

Episode 5

Cain restores his new mansion with magic and prepares for its debut party, impressing his family and staff with its transformation and unique touches like a mounted red dragon and a magical toilet. At the party, his innovative gifts and hospitality, including sparkling wine and glassware, win praise from guests and the royal family. When the rude Marquis Corgino causes a scene, Cain cleverly exposes him to the king, earning Corgino a scolding. The king, amused by Cain's wit, lightly reprimands him, while Cain secretly enjoys his victory.

Episode 6

After Cain wins a mock duel against the Royal Chivalric Order Captain Tifana von Liebert, Tifana declares she will marry him. Tifana announces the engagement to the king, leading the king to reveal Cain’s secret betrothal to Telestia and Silk. The king, intrigued by Cain’s abilities, learns he retains memories of a past life in Japan and holds the divine title "God’s Chosen." Cain declines the suggestion to become king, choosing his current life, and the king orders his secrets kept while entrusting him with protecting the kingdom and its people.

Episode 7

On his twelfth birthday, Cain reads a magic text revealing the first king’s reincarnation story before heading to the guild headquarters to register as an adventurer. Despite concealing his noble status, he impresses adventurer Claude with his skills and learns about questing. Taking on a goblin-slaying mission, Cain teams up with Tifana and displays exceptional abilities by defeating goblins and green lizards. At the guild, his achievements spark conflict with Cedric, who accuses him of cheating, until the guild master intervenes, revealing Cain’s noble heritage and engagement to Tifana. The guild master promotes Cain to A-rank, impressed by his strength, while the gods observe Cain, planning to train him for an impending threat. Meanwhile, Tifana, Telestia, and Silk compete for Cain’s attention, leading to comedic chaos.

Episode 8

Cain attends the royal academy entrance exams, accidentally taking them with the commoners instead of the nobles. He excels in all sections, completing the written test quickly, overpowering the magic barrier during the magic assessment, and holding his own in a duel against A-rank adventurer Claude. His performance shocks everyone, and the academy officials report the chaos to the palace, where Cain learns of his mistake. Despite this, Cain earns the top score, with Telestia and Silk following in second and third. In class, Cain chooses a diverse set of courses, while Telestia and Silk select subjects to help manage his future domain. After defending Parma from bullies, Cain is mysteriously summoned to a library, where he is transported to a mansion and addressed as Kazuya Shiina, hinting at his reincarnated identity.

In Yuuya’s new world, Cain undergoes grueling training, battling monsters and leveling up while befriending a holy beast named Haku, who helps him regain his resolve. Meanwhile, Sylvia, Telestia, and Silk worry about his absence. As Cain grows stronger, he learns about Aaron's dark past and his connection to Cain’s parents, who sacrificed themselves to seal Aaron. Determined to protect those he loves, Cain completes his training and returns home with Haku, a baby dragon, and a special sword for the king. Reunited with Sylvia, Telestia, and Silk, Cain is deeply moved by their support and the warm welcome awaiting him.

Claude, Lina, Millie, and Nina become substitute teachers at the royal academy in an attempt to help Cain become more popular at school but fail. Frustrated by not being allowed to showcase his abilities at school, Cain vents by defeating monsters in the forest, creating chaos that alarms Garm, who fears the return of the Prince of Darkness. Cain later confesses his actions after the king and Magna discuss forming alliances to deal with the perceived threat. In the forest, Aaron senses his seal weakening.
